By subscribing to the Funphonia Service, you permit Funphonia to gather information as stated in the Privacy Policy, for the reasons stated and for any other reason that does not violate Funphonia's privacy policy or international privacy laws.
General Privacy Information
Funphonia regularly collects information from customers regarding purchasing habits and may send that information to partners and affiliates of Funphonia. Customer information is also used in order to customize and tailor the service experience and to improve Funphonia and make it more practical and enjoyable. Funphonia does not, under any circumstances, reveal customer information to unverified sources or malicious parties. All Funphonia subscribers shall remain anonymous when relating to the information gathered and no individual profiles will be created.

Funphonia will store cookies on your internet browser. Cookies are used to track browser and purchasing activity which help Funphonia improves its services and reward partners and affiliates. No payment information or other sensitive data is stored in the cookies.

Funphonia agrees to keep your information safe at all times to the best of its ability and not to give out your information for malicious or unlawful reasons under any circumstances. Funphonia will do its utmost to keep your confidential information safe and will notify you should that information be stolen, lost or misused in any way other than mentioned in the Funphonia Service agreement.
Removing Personal Information
Should you wish at any time to remove your information from Funphonia's service, you may do so by canceling your account with the Funphonia Service. To do so, please text 'Stop' to 94337.
